*About the Role*

seeking a Web Developer & Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain websites and mobile applications for our clients and internal brands. This hybrid role covers everything from responsive website builds to full-cycle mobile app development (Android/iOS) from concept and UI/UX through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

*Key Responsibilities*

Web Development

- Design and build responsive websites using website builders and/or CMS platforms

- Translate brand guidelines and creative assets into cohesive website design

- Ensure websites are mobile-optimized, fast-loading, and cross-browser compatible

- Implement basic SEO-friendly site structure in coordination with the SEO team

- Set up and maintain e-commerce functionality where needed (menus, product catalogs, booking forms, etc.)

- Manage domain, hosting, and basic technical setup for client sites

Mobile App Development

- Design and develop mobile applications for Android and/or iOS based on client and business requirements

- Translate UI/UX designs and brand guidelines into functional, polished mobile interfaces

- Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and third-party SDKs (payments, push notifications, analytics)

- Test applications for performance, responsiveness, and bugs across devices

- Publish and manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Shared/Ongoing

- Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for client websites and apps

- Integrate third-party tools (forms, chat widgets, analytics tracking, SMS/email tools, payment gateways)

- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to launch current sites/apps and landing pages for campaigns

- Ensure websites and apps meet security, performance, and data privacy standards

*Technical Skills*

Website Builders/CMS: Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress (Elementor, Divi, or similar page builders), Shopify

Core Web Languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic to intermediate,

Native Mobile Development: Kotlin/Java (Android), Swift (iOS)

Cross-Platform Frameworks: React Native, Flutter (Dart)

Backend/API Integration: RESTful APIs, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging), basic Node.js or similar backend familiarity

App Store Deployment: Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, app signing/certificates, release management

Responsive/UX Design: Mobile-first design principles, cross-browser testing, accessibility basics (WCAG), Figma/Adobe XD handoff

Hosting & Domains: Domain registration/DNS management (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare), hosting setup (WP Engine, SiteGround, Wix/Squarespace hosting)

Integrations: Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel forms/automation, booking/reservation plugins, live chat widgets, push notifications, social login (Google/Facebook), Google Maps SDK

E-commerce/Payments: Product catalog setup, payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Shopify Payments), booking/menu systems for restaurant/retail clients

Version Control: Git/GitHub or GitLab

Testing & Debugging: Android Studio/Xcode debugging tools, basic unit/UI testing frameworks

Analytics & Crash Reporting: Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics

Database: SQLite, Firebase Firestore, or similar mobile-friendly databases

Performance & Security: SSL setup, basic site speed optimization, backup/plugin management (for WordPress sites)

*Requirements*

- 2+ years of experience across web development and mobile app development (agency or freelance experience preferred)

- Portfolio of published websites and mobile apps (live sites + Play Store/App Store links preferred)

- Understanding of responsive design and UX best practices across web and mobile

- Experience with cross-platform frameworks a plus (reduces dev time across web/mobile)

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects/deadlines

- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals a plus

- Familiarity with app store submission/review processes
