Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in managing civil projects in the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial buildings.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects on time and within budget constraints.
