About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive sales, store productivity, operational excellence, customer experience and people performance across multiple stores/clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive store and cluster sales targets, LTL growth, conversion, AOV and productivity.
- Monitor store performance and implement action plans for underperforming stores.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, operational standards, compliance and audit requirements.
- Drive excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to optical quality, refraction and dispensing standards.
- Manage store costs, manpower productivity, inventory and assets.
- Ensure strong VM, store presentation and retail environment standards.
- Support local marketing and competition mapping to drive footfall and sales.
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising and Projects for smooth execution.




- Support recent store launches, renovations and other business initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits and business reviews and track action plans.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-10 years of relevant retail operations experience.
- Experience managing multiple stores/clusters with ownership of sales and operational performance.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, customer experience and people management.
- Proven ability to drive sales, productivity and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach and influence Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores.
- Experience in Optical / Lifestyle / FMCG / QSR / Consumer / Organized Retail preferred.
