Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Data Science / ML engineering experience
- Solid Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
- Experience with NLP pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow)
- Cloud platform experience - AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
- Ability to translate business problems into model objectives
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
