Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, and related civil works.
- Ensure finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
- Check site measurements, levels, line, alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify defects, workmanship issues, and deviations from approved standards.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 34 years of relevant experience in civil finishing works.
- Experience in real estate, residential, commercial, hotel, resort, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with solid site execution and finishing experience are preferred.
