Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, generate current business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through leads, references, and market visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure good customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and service delivery.
- Candidate Requirements:

- 0--3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Candidates should be based in Hyderabad.
- Applicant should not be an Engineering graduate, Pursuing Postgraduate, CA or MBA.
- Candidates should be less than 25 years.
- No break/gap in education.
- Applicant should not have any relative in ICICI Bank.
