Job Summary:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of US staffing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical background, communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming US IT requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and recruitment activity in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and hiring teams to understand requirements and meet submission and closure targets.




- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on US IT technologies, staffing trends, hiring practices, and market conditions.
- Follow company recruitment processes and ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and US staffing guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US staffing models such as W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H.
- Good understanding of US work authorization types and basic US staffing terminology.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Salesforce, QA, Angular/React, and other IT skill sets.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a US night-shift environment and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant US IT Recruitment experience.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and proven sourcing/submission experience will be preferred.
- Work from Office – Hyderabad (HITEC City).

Note: Robust communication skills and hands-on US IT recruitment experience are mandatory for this position.
