Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop system test validation engineering team in India based on global validation strategy.
- Collaborate with global system test validation management and contribute to overall team success
- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s and suppliers
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts
- Ensure explicit, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety, and quality processes. Contribute to ASPICE and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant engineering experience,



including team leadership or project leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive embedded systems and Testing, preferably ADAS
- Solid understanding of Vehicle level Validation as well ass SIL/HIL testing
- Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, NCAP, homologation and safety/quality processes.
- Experience working with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Understanding of automotive lifecycle and V-model.
- Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
