Pigment Consultant - Contractor Role
Experience: 4 -8 yrs (relevant experience of 5+ yrs)
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata
Mode: Hybrid / Remote
Level: Contract
Commercials: Hourly Bases (Note: Commercials to be mentioned while sharing the CVs)
Duration: 3 months extendable

Responsibilities
4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A;, Supply Chain Planning,
Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
1-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Pigment solutions across Finance,
Supply Chain, S&OP;, Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, and Workforce Planning use cases.
Strong expertise in Pigment model building, metrics, dimensions, allocation logic, scenarios, versions,
and planning best practices.
Hands-on experience developing Pigment UX, Boards, Dashboards, Reporting, and Executive
Scorecards.
Experience designing forecasting, budgeting, what-if analysis, driver-based planning, and
management reporting solutions.
Knowledge of data integrations, APIs,



ETL tools, and connectivity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, Snowflake,
Databricks, and other enterprise systems.
Valuable understanding of security, workflow configuration, model optimization, and application
governance.
Prior experience in Anaplan, Adaptive, OneStream, Oracle PBCS, or similar planning platforms is highly
preferred.
Pigment Certification is preferred. Advanced Pigment implementation or Solution Architect-level
experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and client-facing communication skills.

Bachelor s or master s degree
