Requirements

- 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 2 years in a lead/architect role
- Deep expertise in Data Science - statistical modelling, feature engineering, experimentation
- Solid hands-on skills with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- End-to-end MLOps experience (model registry, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
- Practical experience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficient in Python; exposure to Scala or Java a plus
- Ability to define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers
