Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and timely sourcing of materials. The candidate should have good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills with a robust understanding of the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.




- Follow up with vendors for pending orders and deliveries.
- Ensure materials are procured at competitive prices and required quality standards.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Good knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to compare quotations and negotiate prices.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
