As aSenior SoftwareEngineerwithin the Markets platform and Sales & Trading Lab, you will be working in our Rates development team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, workplace skills and behaviours required for this job role.Few responsibilities in this role includes:

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain software solutions using Java full stack.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and build robust and scalable software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools.
- Experience with dev ops tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, and Urban Code




- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

What youll need:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
- Excellent foundation skills in Java, SQL , Unix/Linux
- Strong knowledge of UI technologies such as Angular JS / React JS
- Good knowledge of interfacing with back-end applications using RESTFUL/JSON
- Good knowledge and exposure to Microservices, kafka, Event Driver Architecture
- Good knowledge on CI/CD – Jenkins/Harness, UCD, Jira/Confluence
- Understanding of Distributed cache like Hazlecast
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Cloud workplace experience
