Manage projects end-to-end — from planning to delivery
Drive SLA adherence, quality, and stakeholder coordination
Track KPIs, manage escalations, and lead process improvements
Own reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional communication

What we're looking for:
Solid Project Management & Operations background
Excellent stakeholder & communication skills
Healthcare/Insurance/BPO exposure is a big plus
Education: B.Sc / B.Com / B.A / MBA
