Roles & Responsibilities

- The role is for a Data Scientist / AIML Engineer / Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize production-grade AI applications. The position focuses on AI system design, RAG workflows, LLM-based solutions, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems.
- The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to develop reliable AI products, integrate APIs, and continuously improve performance in a production setting.
- Design scalable and reliable AI systems
- Improve production readiness, maintainability, and performance of AI solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and debugging of AI pipelines
- Develop automated evaluation, validation, and testing strategies
- Design LLM workflows with structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules
- Create and maintain RAG pipelines and AI agent frameworks
- Perform data analysis, model evaluation, and performance optimization
- Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions into products and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI systems
