Job Summary

Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receiving, storage and issuance. Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with Purchase, Accounts and Operations teams.

Role & responsibilities

- Receive materials against Purchase Orders and verify quantity/specifications.
- Check materials for damage, shortage or discrepancies. Arrange and label materials properly by category and location.
- Issue materials against approved Material Requisition / Issue Slips.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Maintain inward/outward entries, GRN and Material Issue records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
- Report shortages, excess, damaged or obsolete materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase regarding requirements and pending deliveries.
- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers for shortages, damages or incorrect supplies. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Service, Admin, Purchase and Accounts.
- Provide timely stock availability information to departments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Inventory and store management knowledge.




- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation and physical verification.
- Basic knowledge of PO, GRN and Material Issue Notes.
- Positive MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Relevant Store / Warehouse experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- 2-5 years in Store / Inventory / Warehouse operations.
- Industrial, manufacturing, engineering or trading experience preferred.
