We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager to manage business development and team performance for Home Loan and LAP products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, leading the sales team, developing market presence, and ensuring quality sourcing and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales/relationship officers to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Drive business generation for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Develop recent customer and business opportunities through direct sourcing, references, DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers and other channels.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve disbursement, login, sanction and collection-related business targets.
