Role & responsibilities

1. Execute and complete the Civil Infrastructure projects in coordination with Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing & Information Technology with implementation of highest safety & quality standards, ensuring the works are completed within budget & time.
2. Construction Management: Under the guidance of the Project Manager, coordinate and ensure implementation of civil / structural works as per the agreed construction schedule to ensure the works are completed within time & cost complying with quality standards.
3. Design Management: Coordinate with consultants and clients for the necessary design inputs. Review all the design submittals for the buildability
4. Certify contractors monthly RA Bills as per the works executed. Review of daily / weekly progress report as per the work schedule.



Coordinate with the contractors team of Engineers / supervisors and collectively work out action plans to catch up with the occasional / frequent delay of work progress.
5. Implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental measures as per the standard operating procedures.
6. Drive the team development initiative by training and guiding the junior executives with emphasis on optimization of resources, value engineering during construction process and exploring the knowledge sharing aspects as a team.
7. P rovide support to bidding team for recent projects by way of quantification, preparation of working drawings etc.

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in civil engineering. Proficiency in MS office RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 6+ total years of experience in building and infrastructure projects
