Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online,Exchange On prim, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune,complaince, Azure AD and OneDrive.
*Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of Microsoft 365 workplace.
*Manage user accounts,groups, permissions, and licenses.
*Implement and maintain security policies and compliance measures.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
*Plan and execute migrations, updates, and integrations with other systems.
*Provide end-user support and training for Microsoft 365 applications.
*Implement and manage multi-factor authentication and other security measures.
*Coordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests
