We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join AHEAD''s Managed Services team as EUS Apprentices. This apprenticeship gives you hands-on exposure to end-user computing environments, IT support operations, and enterprise-grade service delivery. You will learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world IT support tasks from Day 1.

What You Will Do:

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues

- Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool

- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications

- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding account creation and device provisioning

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps

- Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience

- Handle Inbound/Outbound calls

- Looking for 2026 graduates.

What We Are Looking For:

- Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field





- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals

- Customer-first mindset with a keen problem-solving attitude

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English

- Willingness to work in a 247 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)

- Eagerness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment
