Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry, Area of experience, Years of Experience)

Minimum of 2 to 7 years of skilled experience in architectural design and documentation.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects across various stages. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop presentation materials, prepare statutory submissions, produce construction drawings, and support site execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in conducting feasibility studies for upcoming architectural projects.




- Prepare presentation drawings and conceptual layouts based on project briefs and client requirements.
- Draft and compile documents and drawings required for submissions to statutory authorities and government agencies.
- Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and detailed layouts under the guidance of senior architects.
- Support the Marketing Department by preparing architectural visuals and drawings for brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings and ensure proper documentation of all project-related design changes.
- Maintain an organized record of drawings, revisions, and related project documentation.
