Our solution integrates mine planning, drone or scanner-based surveying, web/offline tablet-based blast design, post-blast analysis, stope recovery percentage assessment, and stope optimization solutions. We have customers in 8 countries all over the globe currently including Chile, Indonesia, Africa, the United States, Mexico, Australia, and India, etc in both open cast and underground mining products.

Currently, we are looking for Experienced Mining Engineers with an interest in hands-on drill and blast optimization roles / Sales and /or Mining-related Software Product development.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic Mining Engineers / Diploma Holders to work on underground drilling & blasting operations, field optimization, and mining technology implementation.

Location - India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and optimize underground drill & blast designs in highly mechanized mines.
- Work on blast planning, charging design, drilling pattern optimization, and post-blast analysis.
- Conduct field QA/QC activities for underground drill & blast operations.
- Coordinate with mine teams to improve fragmentation, recovery, and productivity.




- Support implementation of MineExcellences digital blast optimization software at client sites.
- Perform underground mine visits and assist in software deployment and client training.
- Participate in mining R&D; projects related to drilling, blasting, fragmentation, and vibration analysis.
- Work closely with the technology team to develop creative mining solutions, including AI/ML-based platforms.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and mining leadership teams.
- Assist in pre-sales technical support, mine audits, and optimization studies.
- Gather field feedback and recommend improvements for mining software products.
- Travel to domestic and overseas underground mining sites for project execution and technical support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mining Engineering
- Both Diploma and Graduate candidates are eligible.

Experience:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in underground drilling & blasting
- Hands-on experience in blast design in highly mechanized underground mines

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of underground drilling & blasting practices
- Experience in blast design and drill pattern optimization
- Understanding of mine development and production blasting
- Knowledge of fragmentation analysis and vibration control
- Exposure to underground mining operations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in mining software, mining automation, and digital solutions
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn AI/ML and IoT applications in mining
- Basic computer and mining software knowledge preferred
