Job Title: Sustainability/CSR Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced *Sustainability/CSR Manager* to lead and manage sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, ESG data management, materiality assessments, and technology-driven sustainability initiatives. The role will be responsible for strengthening organizational ESG performance, ensuring compliance with global reporting standards, and leveraging digital and AI solutions to improve sustainability data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end *Sustainability Reporting* initiatives in accordance with global and national frameworks, including *GRI and BRSR*, ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely ESG disclosures.

• Conduct *GHG Baseline Assessments* to establish organizational emission benchmarks and support the development of targeted decarbonization strategies aligned with net-zero commitments.

• Lead *Double Materiality Assessments (DMA)* to identify, assess, and prioritize sustainability topics based on both impact materiality and financial materiality.

• Manage end-to-end *ESG Data Collection and Management*, establishing robust processes and controls to ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and reporting readiness.

• Develop and manage *ESG KPIs and performance metrics*, enabling organizations to track sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Lead the development and implementation of *SaaS-based ESG platforms* to enable real-time KPI monitoring, automated reporting, data visualization, and efficient stakeholder communication.

• Drive the integration of *AI and Agentic Workflows* into sustainability processes, particularly for automated GHG calculations and carbon accounting.





• Identify opportunities to automate manual ESG processes, improve data quality, and enhance the efficiency and scalability of sustainability reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather, validate, analyze, and report ESG and sustainability data.

• Support organizational *decarbonization and net-zero strategies* through data-driven analysis, target setting, and performance monitoring.

• Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, reporting frameworks, sustainability standards, and emerging technologies to ensure continued compliance and best practices.

• Prepare ESG dashboards, management reports, and insights to support senior management in sustainability-related strategic decision-making.

• Experience conducting *GHG inventories and Double Materiality Assessments*.

• Exposure to *ESG technology platforms, SaaS solutions, automation, AI, or data analytics* would be highly advantageous.

• Robust analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
