Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4 to 9 Years (FMCG Retail/QSR)

CTC: 4.25 to 6.5 Lakhs

Role Summary

Responsible for overall store operations in a hard-discounter FMCG retail format, ensuring cost control, strong inventory discipline, and a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations as per SOPs.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance (FSSAI, audits).

- Drive sales, control shrinkage & wastage, and manage manpower cost %.

- Ensure stock availability, GRN accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and cycle counts.

- Lead and manage the store team effectively.

- Resolve customer issues and ensure quick checkout experience.

- Maintain MIS reports: sales, wastage, shrink, manpower, audits.

Requirements

- Graduate with 4 to 9 years experience in FMCG retail/QSR.

- Solid understanding of inventory, cost control & store discipline.

- Good communication and team-handling skills.

- Experience in hard discounter formats preferred.

Work Schedule

- 6-day work week with rotational weekly off.

- Flexible to work weekends and peak hours.
