Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of solar projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Solar PV EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning and handover.
- Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials and resources.
- Supervise installation of solar modules, structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling and electrical systems.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
- Monitor project quality, safety, progress and costs.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation and final project handover.




- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–7 years of total technical/project execution experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on Solar EPC experience is mandatory.
- Experience in C&I; Rooftop and/or Ground-Mounted Solar projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical works, installation and commissioning.
- Good understanding of SLD, BOQ, drawings and project planning.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Satara and nearby Maharashtra candidates preferred.
