Role & Responsibilities

- Connect with online leads through calls and understand their eye-care requirements.
- Counsel patients about treatments, doctors, hospitals and the overall treatment journey.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed OPD appointments and support conversion into surgeries.
- Regularly follow up with fresh, existing and inactive leads to maximise conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly OPD, surgery and sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development or Patient Counselling.
- Robust Hindi communication with basic/working English.
- Good convincing, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and high-volume calling.
- Healthcare experience is preferred; candidates from Insurance, EdTech, Diagnostics, IVF, Dental or similar inside-sales backgrounds may also apply.
- Should be energetic, disciplined, target-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of leads.
