About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack & Mobile Developer to take on a pivotal leadership
role within our engineering team in Lucknow.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and product vision. Beyond
driving hands-on architecture across the entire Microsoft ecosystemfrom Blazor web UIs and
.NET MAUI mobile apps to secure Azure microservicesyou will lead, mentor, and support a
talented development team to successfully deliver high-impact target products on time. A key
focus will be leveraging the open-source evolution of the .NET platform to develop, optimize, and
deploy cross-platform enterprise products on Linux-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Product Delivery: Lead, mentor, and unblock a cross-functional
team of developers. Align engineering efforts with product milestones, foster a
collaborative culture, and support the team in hitting targets to deliver high-quality
products.
• Linux & Open-Source Engineering: Architect and optimize .NET Core products
specifically tailored to run natively on Linux ecosystems. Champion the integration of
open-source frameworks, packages, and tools to drive development efficiency.
• Full-Stack Web Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance n-tier
web applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core MVC/WebAPI.
• Modern UI & Mobile Crafting: Build responsive frontends using Blazor
(WebAssembly/Server) and extend cross-platform mobile experiences for iOS and
Android using .NET MAUI / Xamarin.
• Backend & API Architecture: Architect robust RESTful APIs and Microservices,
manage asynchronous messaging via MSMQ, and support legacy integrations
(WCF/SOAP).




• Cloud Security & DevOps: Implement secure Identity and Access Management (IAM)
utilizing Azure AD (RBAC/Claims) and automate deployment workflows into Linux
containers/servers using Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Database Optimization: Write complex SQL/PL-SQL queries, stored procedures, and
optimize relational database schemas using SQL Server and Entity Framework (EF
Core).

Requirements
• Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or MCA (Master of
Computer Applications).
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of guiding, mentoring, or leading small-to-
medium development teams, with a strong commitment to supporting team growth and
driving product delivery.
• Open-Source & Linux Familiarity: Practical experience with cross-platform .NET
deployment patterns, containerization, or hosting web apps/services in Linux
environments (e.g., Ubuntu, RedHat, Docker) using tools like Nginx/Kestrel.
• Core Technical Expertise: * Strong mastery of C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and
ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
o Hands-on production experience with Blazor (WASM/Server) and .NET MAUI
/ Xamarin.
o Solid database foundation with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Architectural Mindset: Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns (MVC,
MVVM, Dependency Injection), and Enterprise Architecture.
• Agile Mastery: Experience guiding teams through rapid-paced Agile/Scrum environments,
collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend peers.
