We have an urgent opening for EVP Facilities with one of our well known real estate client in Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end facilities management services for residential buildings, including soft services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

- Exposure of residential project is must.

- Oversee technical services like HVAC, electricals, plumbing, fire fighting systems, lifts (elevators), DG sets (diesel generators), UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) etc.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.

- Develop and implement effective facility administration processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.





- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts for various services.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in Facility Operations & Maintenance or related field.

- Solid knowledge of facility operations management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including residents, vendors, contractors etc.
