- Supervise daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms
- Inspect rooms before check-in and ensure required standards are met
- Allocate housekeeping duties and monitor completion
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas and outdoor guest areas
- Manage linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Maintain housekeeping registers and stock records
- Coordinate laundry, ironing and linen movement
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Ensure rooms are prepared on time according to arrivals and departures
- Train and guide housekeeping staff
- Monitor hygiene, grooming and work discipline
- Coordinate with Reception and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements




- Personally assist with housekeeping work whenever required

Preferred candidate profile

- Previous experience in hotel/resort housekeeping
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Solid understanding of room-cleaning and inspection standards
- Good organisational and staff-management skills
- Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working hands-on in a small resort
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays during the season
