- Ensure compliance with company's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain effective HSE plans, procedures, and training programs for employees working at heights.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop risk assessments and incident investigations reports.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in industrial safety or related field.
- Robust knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA).
