Role Overview
We are looking for a BOQ Specialist with experience in turnkey interior projects to prepare accurate BOQs, quantity estimates, and project costing as per drawings and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimates.
- Study drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales, and Project Execution teams.
- Verify material quantities, rates, and project requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and support quotation preparation.
- Conduct site visits for measurement and quantity verification.
