Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, redesign, and resolve business process issues.
- Work on Payroll & Benefits configurations in PeopleSoft HCM.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business users.
- Prepare functional design documents, test plans, and test cases.
- Validate integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
- Support Payroll Transformation initiatives across EMEA & APAC.
- Collaborate with technical teams during development and testing.
