Hiring: Team Leader – Collection (DRA Certified Preferred)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (Based on Experience) + Incentives
Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working | Rotational Off

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Collection to manage a team of collection executives handling credit card outstanding (60–90 days delinquency bucket). The ideal candidate should have strong team handling skills, target-driven mindset, and experience in collections.

Key Responsibilities Team Management

- Handle a team of 10–20 collection executives
- Monitor daily performance, attendance, and productivity
- Conduct daily team huddles and provide on-floor support
- Coach and guide team members to achieve targets

Target & Performance Management

- Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets
- Monitor team performance and improve productivity
- Handle escalations and critical cases

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to DRA and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain call quality and professional communication
- Avoid compliance issues and customer complaints

Reporting & MIS

- Maintain daily/weekly performance reports
- Track KPIs like recovery %, PTP, and conversion
- Share regular updates with management

Training & Development

- Train and onboard new joiners
- Conduct refresher training sessions
- Improve performance of low-performing team members





Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- DRA Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in collections
- At least 1 year experience as Team Leader / On-paper TL
- Experience in credit card collections (60–90 days bucket preferred)

Skills Required

- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
- Ability to work under pressure
