Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team to achieve assigned sales targets. • Drive business growth through effective field sales strategies. • Guide, coach, and motivate team members for better performance. • Develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned area. • Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities. • Build strong customer relationships and ensure business retention.



• Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile • Graduation is mandatory. • 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / BFSI Sales. • Prior team-handling experience will be preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Target-driven with a strong business development mindset. • Two-wheeler and valid driving license are required. • Candidates with good knowledge of the Noida market will be preferred.
