We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development team. The team is responsible for the development of extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in development program management. Exposure to the Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports leveraging Oracle Apex and OIC
- Manage defect resolution and change requests for components already in production
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.




- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on development projects.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development and ERP systems.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
