About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled STEM Trainer who can conduct engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions for students.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, IoT, Electronics, Coding, and basic AI/ML concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct STEM training sessions and hands-on workshops for students.
- Teach Robotics, Arduino, IoT, Electronics, Coding, and AI basics.
- Explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations and activities.
- Guide students in developing innovative STEM projects and prototypes.
- Conduct workshops, experiments, and project-based learning sessions.
- Prepare training content and lesson plans.




- Maintain an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Assist students with project development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into training.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, IT, Robotics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, IoT, Arduino, and Programming basics.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching, technology, and innovation.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and excellent communication skills may also apply.
