Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and reliable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and reliability. Throughout the day, there is active collaboration with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining knowledge base articles is a key part of the daily routine to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement across the operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident resolution processes and improve service delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to operational stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change to support system improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Skilled in maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Competent in analyzing complex technical issues and providing practical solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
