Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our travel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales leads, making outbound calls, following up with prospective clients, maintaining customer records, and assisting in converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel services.
- Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain tour packages, pricing, itineraries, and promotional offers to customers.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making and handling customer calls.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
