We are looking for a Counter Salesman to assist customers, handle sales, and maintain a positive shopping experience. The candidate should be polite, customer-friendly, and capable of managing daily counter operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate bills and handle cash/online payments.
- Maintain product display and cleanliness at the counter.
- Answer customer queries regarding products and pricing.
- Manage stock information and report low inventory when required.
- Achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
