Role Overview -

Associate / Sr. Associate - Sales We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to manage and activate our existing Channel Partner (CP) database. The role will focus on reconnecting with inactive partners, generating leads and site visits, and building solid relationships with Channel Partners to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Make regular calls to the existing

Channel Partner database

and maintain ongoing engagement. Reconnect with

inactive Channel Partners

and identify opportunities to reactivate them. Generate qualified

leads and site visits

through Channel Partners. Follow up regularly with CPs on leads, site visits, and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners through consistent communication. Understand CP requirements and coordinate with the sales team for relevant opportunities. Maintain and regularly update the





CP database/CRM

with accurate interaction and lead details. Track follow-ups, lead status, site visits, and conversions. Prepare and share

daily MIS reports

covering calls, follow-ups, leads, and site visits. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets. Candidate Profile Experience:

1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, channel sales support, real estate, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Good follow-up and relationship-management skills. Target-oriented and proactive approach. Basic knowledge of

CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets . Candidates with experience in

real estate or Channel Partner calling

will be preferred.
