Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives

is a

founders , acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities.

What You’ll Do Act as a

strategic extension of the founders , driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions. Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute

AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects. Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions. Build and operationalize frameworks that

translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution. Be the “connective tissue” between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.





What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in

strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles

(Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred). Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability — you turn ambiguity into clarity. Founder’s mindset: you

think big , move quick, and take ownership end-to-end. Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels. Deep curiosity for

AI, technology, and the future of work. Balance of structured thinking and creative agility — someone who can both

plan and execute.
