US Employee Benefits Plan Audit team

located in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities: • Read and understand Plan document, plan adoption agreement,



and plan amendments • Reconcile census to payroll records • Design and execute audit plan for relevant compliance-based audit for the following areas: o Employee and employer deferrals o Plan eligibility o Investment income allocation o Plan loans o Benefit payments • Supervise a team of 1-2 people (For Senior level) • Read and understand IRS 5500 filings • Read and understand TPA discrimination testing reports and findings/corrective actions • Prepare/review GAAP based financial statement for employee benefit plans

Qualifications: 3 years of experience working in a public accounting firm. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
