Script Assist is looking for an experienced

EHR Implementation Project Manager

with deep, hands-on knowledge of configurable healthcare software.

We are looking for someone who has personally taken healthcare customers through the journey from: workflow discovery → requirements → configuration → implementation → testing → training → go-live → post-implementation optimisation

and who is comfortable remaining a key client owner once the system is live. This is not a generic project-management role.

We need someone who understands the

EHR / EMR / HIS itself

deeply enough to understand how a customer should use it, how workflows should be configured and what is actually causing a problem. The ideal person is:

An EHR implementation expert who knows the product deeply and can manage the client — not a project manager who only manages timelines. About Script Assist Script Assist is building the operating system for next-generation private healthcare in the UK. Our software is used by clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators and already supports

tens of thousands of medical cannabis prescriptions every month . We are expanding into additional areas of private healthcare including: ADHD Weight management Longevity Specialist private medicine Other complex treatment areas Our platform supports complex healthcare workflows across: Patient onboarding Clinical consultations Scheduling Prescribing Repeats Pharmacy Dispensing Inventory Payments Operational workflows Patient communications Reporting Integrations Every customer operates slightly differently. The role is about understanding those differences and helping each customer use the platform successfully.

What you will own You will take significant ownership of important Script Assist customers. For new clients, you will help take them from initial discovery through implementation and go-live. For live clients, you will remain involved as someone who deeply understands: Their organisation Their workflows Their configuration Their users and roles Their operational challenges Their outstanding issues Their evolving requirements How they could use Script Assist better You should become the person who can say: “I understand how this customer operates, how their system is configured, what they are trying to achieve and what needs to happen next.” ⚙️ Workflow discovery & configuration This is one of the most important parts of the role. You should have personally worked with healthcare clients to understand how their clinical or operational workflows should be configured within an EHR, EMR or HIS. Your experience may include: Workflow discovery Requirements gathering Workflow mapping System configuration Forms and templates Modules User roles Permissions System settings Clinical workflows Scheduling workflows Patient workflows Order workflows Pharmacy workflows Rules and validation Work queues Data migration Integration requirements Configuration testing You do not need to personally configure every setting yourself. But you must understand the software deeply enough to know

what needs configuring and why .





️ Implementation ownership You may own or coordinate: Discovery Requirements Implementation planning System setup Configuration Data migration Integrations Customer dependencies Testing UAT Training Go-live readiness Go-live Hypercare Post-go-live optimisation You should be comfortable managing several moving parts while keeping the client confident and the internal team transparent about what needs to happen.

Direct client ownership You will work directly with UK clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators. You will: Lead regular client meetings Run workflow-discovery conversations Understand customer requirements Ask detailed questions Explain system behaviour Manage expectations Challenge unclear requirements Push back professionally Keep actions moving Coordinate internal teams Give clear progress updates Manage difficult situations Help customers improve how they use the platform Excellent spoken and written English is essential. You need to be credible enough to sit directly with senior UK healthcare stakeholders without requiring someone else to manage the relationship around you.

Ownership after go-live This role does

not

end when implementation finishes. Understand the problem before escalating it When a customer says: “The system isn't working.” you should be able to help determine whether the real issue is: Configuration Workflow Permissions Data User behaviour Training Integration Software defect Genuine product gap We do not want someone who simply forwards every client request to Product or Engineering. You should understand the product and customer well enough to

diagnose the problem first .

Product & Engineering collaboration You will work closely with: Product Engineering QA Implementation Customer Support Pharmacy Senior leadership You may: Translate client problems into clear internal requirements Explain clinical and operational workflows Help define expected behaviour Review proposed solutions Support user stories and acceptance criteria Participate in UAT Validate fixes Coordinate releases Prioritise competing requests Follow issues through to resolution You will sit at the intersection of: Customer → workflow → configuration → product → technology EHR / EMR / HIS experience is essential We want candidates who have built their careers around enterprise healthcare software. Relevant environments may include:

Generic SaaS implementation experience is not enough. You need genuine EHR / EMR / HIS depth.

3–8 years of relevant EHR / healthcare-software experience . You do not need to be a senior enterprise account director. A highly capable person with four or five years of deep EHR implementation experience can be much more interesting than someone with ten years of generic technology project management. We care about: EHR product depth Workflow understanding Client ownership Implementation experience Problem solving Communication Ownership rather than seniority for its own sake.
