ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the Tamil Nadu sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Identify and acquire new customers, projects and applications. • Manage key accounts and generate repeat business. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order closure. • Develop business across Wind, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Steel, Valves, Power, Heavy Engineering, Infrastructure and OEMs. • Conduct customer visits,



product demonstrations and application discussions. • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/service teams for suitable solutions. • Monitor market trends, competitors and identify new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity status and regular territory reviews. • Work closely with the Regional Manager on strategic accounts and major business opportunities.
