Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries on calls (international customers). - Deliver accurate information, solve queries and ensure customer satisfaction. - Escalate issues when required. - Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions. - Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics (Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/International Process/ Customer Service) Communication -
