Accounts Payable Executive

to manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and payment-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities Creation of PO, Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents. Manage accounts payable entries and vendor reconciliations. Coordinate and support

vendor onboarding , including documentation and system registration.



Coordinate with vendors for invoice and payment-related queries. Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate records. Support month-end closing and finance-related activities. Ensure timely and accurate accounting of transactions.

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance;

MBA Finance or CMA Inter

preferred. 1–3 years of experience in

Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounting . Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
