Job Title: Behavioural Counsellor

Job Description:
The Behavioural Counsellor supports students' emotional, social, and behavioural well-being by identifying behavioural concerns, providing individual and group counselling, implementing behaviour intervention strategies, and collaborating with teachers and parents. The counsellor promotes a secure, inclusive, and positive school environment while helping students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counselling for students with behavioural and emotional concerns.
- Assess and monitor students' behavioural needs and progress.
- Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student well-being.




- Conduct workshops on mental health, life skills, and social-emotional learning.
- Maintain confidential student records and prepare counselling reports.
- Refer students to external professionals when required.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Certification or training in child/adolescent counselling is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a school or child counselling setting.
- Strong communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
