We are looking for a confident and responsible Male or Female Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers, making follow-up calls, handling basic data entry, and supporting day-to-day customer communication.

Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Communicate with customers professionally and politely
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information
- Maintain customer and lead details using a computer
- Perform basic typing and data entry work
- Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses
- Coordinate with the team regarding leads and customer inquiries
- Complete assigned daily calling and follow-up tasks

Requirements:





- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good typing skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply

Experience:

Freshers are welcome. Candidates with previous telecalling, customer support, or calling experience are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

7–8 hours per day

Salary:

Up to ₹10,000 per month
