We are seeking a passionate, process-oriented, dynamic candidate to join as Academic Co-ordinator. Our team of academic coordinators is responsible for motivating our clients to complete their assigned tasks, handling client queries, keeping clients updated on their progress, and reporting key achievements and findings to management.

Salary: Upto 3.5 LPA CTC+Incentives
Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM | 5.5 days/week (Rotational; Sunday half-day)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student onboarding, batch coordination, and academic support.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and on time.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and monitor student progress.
- Track attendance, app usage, session quality, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales, L&D;, IT, and Support teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain high student satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare operational reports using CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 0.6-1 year of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Academic Coordination, or EdTech.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Fluency in Tamil & English

Pay: Up to ₹375,000.00 per year
