- Make outbound calls to recent leads and pitch company offerings.
- Handle inbound calls and answer client questions.
- Follow set scripts while adapting to customer needs.
- Record call notes and update customer records in CRM software.
- Meet daily or weekly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Clear and polite verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and CRM tool literacy.
- Good active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and a positive attitude toward rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
