- Manage and monitor day-to-day production and operational activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, attendance, and work allocation.
- Track material availability and coordinate with the warehouse and purchase teams.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Maintain daily operational reports and MIS.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, rework, and quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders for smooth workflow.
- Support management in improving productivity and reducing operational costs.
- Handle operational documentation and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders and dispatch schedules.
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
